Crunchy beeps macbook, what could be the problem?

Macbook pro 13 2015. It is very quiet inside there is always some kind of noise, hissing and squeaking, what is it when charging, what is the problem? Is it worth buying such a MacBook, can there be serious consequences in the future because of this?

It can be a power throttle, it is treated only by replacing the throttle. But since you are not sure what it is, it is better to really take it to the master, since in order to identify the problem, the poppy will have to be disassembled anyway. And buying a pig in a poke is not worth it. Hemorrhagic can still get it.
