There is a service for renting goods in various ways (from a manager at a rate to a freelancer renting for a percentage).
All data is entered manually by managers or by a teller on behalf of a manager, payments are confirmed by an accountant.
It is necessary to keep a record of who handed over the goods, from which site, from which to what date, for what cost, how they paid, etc.
It is also necessary to receive cuts and reports on who sold how much, what goods were sold, where they paid, etc.
And accrue z.p. managers by %, freelancers depending on the product, etc., upon confirmation of payment.
Maybe someone knows a product that can do this, now all accounting is done in excel and everything works well, but it doesn’t suit that each manager has his own file, and the operator periodically copies information from manager files to a file for management and accrual of wages, I would like to see it online.

It is obvious that you are confusing CRM and accounting systems. They are completely different systems!
Payroll modules usually come as an addition to CRM systems and work according to the KPI model.
In essence, you mixed everything together: horses and people. As I already understood, 1C is suitable for these tasks. There can be no talk of any CRM.
