What system is suitable for monitoring the productivity of employees?

Hello.
Help find a system to monitor the productivity of employees.
It should be a task manager (so that each employee can write his own task)
There should be an employee productivity schedule. how much time it took to complete, etc.
I wrote a task to the employee, he completed it (checked the box), he was credited with a point. after the expiration of time, we look at the graph, how many tasks the employee completed, for how long, etc.
Something is needed to make the employee want to complete the tasks. those. for the completed task receives a point. after the expiration of time, we look at who worked the most (who has the most points) and the bonus.

"Something is needed to make the employee want to complete tasks. That is, he receives a point for the completed task. After the time has elapsed, we look at who worked the most (who has the most points) and the bonus." - I'm not sure that with the help of CRM you solve your problem. If the question is posed this way, you need to come up with a motivation system, develop a KPI for each employee (or one for all if the work functionality is the same) - clearly explain to him that:
1. Your salary is 30,000 rubles
2. On average, you have tasks per month 100 is set, and 50 is performed
3. Completed tasks from 51 to 100-bonus from 1000 to 10000 rubles
4. Place other KPIs related to the specifics of your work and explain them to the employee (the main thing is that the achievable numbers are real)
5. The last KPI-assessment of the manager - from 1 to 10 from 1000 to 5000 rubles
All the numbers were written conditionally
PS do not forget that tasks are of varying complexity - and this must also be taken into account and classified

That's the whole question! Tasks can be different, but payment (in points) is the same. Before placing a task in the queue for execution, it is necessary to somehow determine the projected labor costs for its implementation.
2.
Something is needed to make the employee want to complete the tasks.
Here's an option I can suggest .

CRM is a customer relationship management system.
You yourself determined that it should be a task manager. Will the employees themselves enter the data on the task completion time?

The best system for monitoring the productivity of employees is a sane and professional management of projects and the company as a whole. Everything else is automation for the objectivity of accounting, efficiency and convenience. Therefore, if the first is not available, then the second does not fundamentally solve the problem and can be implemented even on elementary office applications.
