I'll try to formulate a question. I have been designing for websites and applications for a long time. Lately I've noticed a trend from customers that many people ask if I have experience in SaaS design or CRM development. But I do not even know what it is, but I would like to understand the issue. Draw a couple of similar projects for a portfolio. Just what to start with? How to delve into the logic of such interfaces and where to see examples?
