Where to place landing? On the engine or on your own engine, host?

We made a landing page design.
How and where can we place it, a site on the DATALIFE engine, how and where is it better?
I understand that the question is extensive, but we want to understand for ourselves, until we throw it off to the programmer.

The design needs to be made up, and then transferred to the hosting. An engine is not required.
