What ready-made solution to use to create a community portal?

Discord is a very popular and high-quality modern solution for creating communities, which is in no way inferior to Slack, and even surpasses it in some ways. I use Discord for my projects and am also a member of various Discord communities.
Flarum is the only modern forum engine for building communities.

Community Portal? And what should be there? Today the community is usually a chat somewhere. A portal is a site for news, texts, announcements, etc. Here you need to understand WHAT you really need from the portal, and then choose an implementation tool.
