Critical Error Kernel-Power 41 (63) BSOD, how to treat?

For half a year I have been catching random errors at random times and crashing into a BSOD.
Laptop Samsung NP300E5Z-S01UA
The logs this error is called Kernel-Power ID 41, Task 63.
On the blue screen randomly produces errors:
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (WIN32KBASE.SYS)
KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE
BAD_POOL_HEADER
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
PFN_LIST_CURRENT
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION
DRIVER_OVERRUN_STUCK_BUFFER
checked memory and disk programmammi Memtest and HD Tune: everything is in order, there are no errors.
I cleaned the cooling system - the operating temperature is about 50 degrees.
Installed a new Windows 10 Pro *64 with the latest updates 1511 (10586.36).
Bios latest.
The BSODs continue.

What could it be? What else to check? What data would you like to provide for a more accurate answer?

@Banzaii

Configure memory dumps or minidumps (if not already). At the next bsode, examine the dump with WinDbg. He usually adds up more detailed information.
