Does not melt 2x4gb 1600 to the mother, reboots the PC. I heard that you can 16 vtulit. 16 1333MHz will become and there will be no problems or will there be? Proc i3 540

Most likely yes, but I would take the memory for a test, if anything - you can return it.
And be sure to update your bios.

I have the same motherboard. Updated the bios firmware version to the latest from off. site. Replaced with a Xeon X3450. I installed 2 sticks of 8GB each (CORSAIR XMS3 CMX8GX3M1A1333C9 DDR3 - 8GB 1333).
Everything works great.
