Windows won't start from SSD

There was an old computer with an SSD drive with Windows 7 installed on it:
mother: ASUS P5QC , processor
: Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300 ,
video: ATI Radeon HD 4850 ,
SSD: Kingston 120Gb HyperX .

I bought a new budget system unit:
mother: ASRock 970DE3 / U3S3 , processor
: AMD FX 4170,
video: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti .

I decided to rearrange the SSD drive from the old computer into the new system unit.
When booting, right after the bios, I get a black screen instead of loading Windows.
What am I doing wrong? Why does Windows not want to start?

Windows with all the firewood you installed on a system with a different processor, with a different chipset, with a different video card.
In such cases, it is often easiest to rearrange the entire system.
But you can try to make the transfer using standard tools C:\Windows\System32\Sysprep\Sysprep.exe /oobe /generalize /shutdown (google the details) or tools like Acronis (migration! Not a copy of the partition).

Boot on the old computer, change the ATA controller to a standard dual-channel controller in the device manager, try to boot on the new system unit. It won’t work - try disabling the SATA3 mode in the BIOS, it helped me on an ultrabook with sandbridge with the same problem with the same SSD.
