Does windows store the RAM IDs somewhere?

The RAM chips on the motherboard were changed. Was there any data on the old plates if the system did not change? those. I want to know if they put new dies, or somehow they stuck the old ones.

Look at the information about the hardware using www.hwinfo.com or www.piriform.com/speccy
And find out what kind of memory was and what kind of "supposedly" was installed.
