Creating your own telephony server - what software?
I would like to play around with telephony - make a virtual PBX for 2-3 internal numbers, add goodies like recording conversations, set melodies instead of long beeps and set various rules, such as operating mode, blacklists, answering machines ... City numbers ... Everything is like paid services)
They write a lot about Asterisk on the Internet, but I'm too lazy to code it and I'm afraid that it will take a lot of time.
When I need to quickly deploy a server for websites, I take debian and install ISP Manager in a couple of clicks, and only then I configure everything from the webmord.
Is there such a thing in telephony? To also easily and simply install the server and configure everything through the web panel?

This is too complex a topic. There are all sorts of GUIs, but they bring a bunch of problems rather than provide convenience.
Concerning the statement

There is. Buy asterix)
In general, there are control panels for it.
For example - freebpx
But you still need to deploy a virtual machine and put it there
Download iso and install on a virtual machine. What could be easier?
