How to become a SIP provider "for yourself"?

The fact is that our company makes about 50,000 outgoing calls throughout Russia every day.
We use several providers in different directions: Sipnet, Mango, Comtube, Zadarma, Telfin
But still the price tag does not suit us.
How can we reduce communication costs? Maybe it makes sense to get a telecom operator license?
To rent communication channels, for example, VimpelCom. Since the connection takes almost half a million a month.
I will be grateful for interesting solutions.

There is such an option. Put the piece of iron right in place. Connect it to the local telephone network (usually at an unlimited rate) and to the Internet. Then through this piece of iron to make calls to the local network. At least this way you can close the most expensive directions

Getting a license in the telecom of the former CIS will cost such a pretty penny, time, nerves that it is better to look for cheaper local or not very sip providers ...

go to voipinfo.ru to
see who is selling what or create your own topic with areas of interest, your volumes and a price tag.
+ do you need a call/fax pass
and you can look at foreign holsailers - sometimes they sell cheaper than Russian operators
, you yourself will not become an operator. a lot of hemorrhoids with a communication node
have questions - write

You can try Megafon. They give sip-trunk through Multifon. For the corporate sector, prices should be humane.

In fact, the presence of a license will have little effect on anything (but the need to hand over the node will affect the costs of time and money).
It is enough to periodically discuss prices with existing suppliers, because the price does not depend on the availability of licenses, but on the number of minutes.

how many simultaneous calls do you need?

You probably have offices in heavily used areas. You take an ISDN trunk of the required capacity there, a business-class Internet connection (in the sense that it’s not some kind of lousy ADSL, but a clear symmetrical cable with obviously excess capacity and good ping), install a server with an ISDN board, raise Asterisk, configure what want (for sure, in any more or less large city there are solution providers who are good at this). But I would still look for SIP-uplinks, since there are a lot of them in the world, you can find a suitable one.
