What is the best program to use for IP PBX on Linux?
I heard about asterisk and freeswitch
maybe there is something else
and what is generally better to use

I can’t think of a task that asterisk wouldn’t solve, and there are plenty of guides on the Internet for it.
Plus, the presence of iron from the authors of Asterisk (Digium) for interfacing with traditional telephony.

Armenian Radio , do not confuse FreeSWITCH with FreePBX
lynnikvadim , for a beginner Asterisk FreeSWITCH is easier to learn
and gives more flexibility, but it needs to be understood
