Creating contacts from users in AD?

Good day!
How can I create a similar list of contacts on Windows Ser2008R2 from the list of users in AD? (After the contacts will be used in Exchange) And is it possible to create a scheduler that would automatically create a contact when creating a new user and delete it when it is deleted? What script options can be used?
