Unable to set up DDNS

I have a Dlink DIR-300 from Beeline. I already set up DDNS on this router once and everything was fine until I reset the settings and dyndns suddenly became paid. I ran away to another freebie, but I can’t re-configure this miracle, I stubbornly shoot an IP address from the 10.******* network on the ping of the domain given to me. How to defeat this problem so that a normal IP is given?
I read that the matter was allegedly in the provider, but I already set it all up once, so I think you can sort it out with the router settings somehow ...
From what has been done. Screwed dlinddns.com, added a virtual server in the firewall settings.759c4af8c25442928afc430732fa2969.png69ee29781fe943dcb99a68f5835ac6d1.png

@kentastik

Found the solution myself. Deleted the old account in dldlinkddns, created a new one - everything worked. Brad in short :)

What does port forwarding have to do with DDNS?
Do you need a router or other machine on the network to open on the DDNS domain?
