Why can't I see computers behind EOIP?

There are two Mikrotiks in the same vlan and the same ISP range.
1 mikrotik.
Ip of the provider 172.16.26.33
Ip of the internal range of Mikrotik 192.168.1.0/24
2 Mikrotik
IP of the provider 172.16.26.1
Ip of the internal range of Mikrotik 192.168.0.0/24
I don’t see a single PC from either range or from the other, what’s the problem.
or correct me.

EOiP - l2 tunnel. It is usually used if you need to stretch a flat office network into several points.
Either bring the internal ranges of Mikrotiks into one, or build a routable connection and prescribe routing between networks. The same l2tp for example
