On port 10, 192.168.0.18
is configured. It is necessary to configure 2 network interfaces on the machine with the address 192.168.10.15 at the same time, on one network card.
Where to dig? NAT settings?

If the goal is to configure the network interface, then you need to configure it on the network card. If nothing changes me, then Mikrotik will see it as 2 devices, there should be no problems.
