Creating an index in InDesign when importing from Word?

Hey! The question is this: It is
necessary to build an index on the keywords that will be highlighted by the editor in the doc file. Layout takes place in Adobe InDesign. I read a couple of articles on how to do this with standard InDesign tools, but maybe knowledgeable people here will suggest a “better” way. Maybe there are some ready-made scripts (paid ones are also suitable)?
What I read:
answers.oreilly.com/topic/899-how-to-import-index-...
help.adobe.com/en_US/indesign/cs/using/WS8721440D-...
www.computerarts.co. uk/tutorials/design-simple-ind...
What I would like to do: Make keyword tagging in Word as simple as possible
Thanks for any help or guidance on the right path

@Zroot

Let the editor in Word immediately make a subject index ("Alt" + "Shift" + "X"). It is perfectly picked up by InDesign. There is no better option for a layout designer.
