CPU load when running the browser and DotA, what's the problem?

The processor is loaded almost to 100% when playing DotA. It eats from 50 to 75%
of the CPU i5 7600 processor, 4 cores 3.5 MHz
Nothing slows down, etc., just accidentally opening the dispatcher, I noticed this problem.
Proc temperature is 50-60 C when playing DotA with all maximum settings.
Help, what could be the problem?
I don’t know when it appeared, but it’s not felt in any way, so xs, yes, because of what it is.

And what exactly is the problem? The game makes good use of the capabilities of the processor. If you want to reduce the load - first try limiting the frame rate, for example by enabling VSync or limiting through drivers or RTSS.
