Courses for programmers with employment?

Good afternoon, I want to find a job as a junior developer in Python, but my searches are not crowned with success.
This will be my first job in IT, before that I worked in the automotive business in a senior position. Decided to change profession.
I've had some success with self-study:
- Python
- Django
- PostgreSQL
- Git
Plus I'm generally well versed in the field.
Maybe there are some firms that provide free training (internship) or paid training with subsequent employment? The stock of my finances is expiring so that for several months now I have not worked, but studied.
I ask for your advice on how to act and where to look for a job for a junior.
Thank you.

Marvelous.
There is no such. No one.

My husband has been studying C# for a little over six months. Difficult language, tried several learning resources. It seems that https://home.learme.ru/ stopped there. On the basis of the platform, I found a mentor for myself, and in fact, I study on my own, the mentor only checks the tasks and gives new ones. That kind of teaching fit right in with him. But to each his own.
And it seems that after the full course provides employment. Since my husband will not leave his main field of activity and is simultaneously studying the language, due to lack of time he asked to monitor vacancies, it may be possible to find a job a little earlier. I'm trying to find something worthwhile. Tell me, the best exchanges for vacancies for progers, pliz!

And what is the city? If small, then everything is a little more complicated.
It seems to me that the choice of language is wrong, there are almost no juniors here, and therefore there are no such vacancies.
Also, it’s not very clear how well this is mastered, or just the courses have been completed, the videos have been watched and that’s it, or is it more serious?
But what about knowledge of html, css, js, ajax?
I would advise you to postpone python with django, pull up html, css, js (in js the basics, you don’t have to dive deep, otherwise it will take a lot of time), ajax and choose php to start with. If you want to quickly find a job, then you can choose 1s-Bitrix, although many people hate it (later you will understand why). This is cms in php. They have a lot of training material and courses with different tests. Here you pass an exam for a certificate, and preferably 2, but at least one. And then it will not be difficult to find a junior job in some web studio. In fact, this should be the initial goal, to get on the web in order to gain experience. As you get used to it in 3-6 months, then it will be more clear where to move on. Most likely, the studio will have not only Bitrix, but also other cms and frameworks, for example, Laravel, etc., go to them. Or maybe there will be sites in django, then ask and they will give you, especially since there is some knowledge. And then you will develop as a jungist.
If you look closely at vacancies, then at least django requires a year of experience, sometimes even just a backend. With zero experience, there are practically no vacancies on it.

I can advise paid online courses from Yandex - "Yandex Practicum". They have several directions, maybe something will suit you. I am currently taking a course in the "Testing Engineer" program, after training and successfully passing the exams, they issue a certificate of additional education. In the last month of training, an employment program begins in parallel, where you will be helped to correctly fill out a resume, they will tell you how to pass an interview, etc. By the way, I myself have not yet seen such a program as employment assistance anywhere, except in Yandex.

I know that it.easyum provides employment, not for all positions, but there is real employment after some courses
