Could not detect controller - MegaRAID SAS 9240-8i - LSI. Why?

I updated the firmware and rebooted:

And now MegaCli.exe responds to any command like this, i.e. rolling back also fails.
ERROR:Could not detect controller.
Failed to get ControllerId List.
Failed to get CpController object.
Exit Code: 0x01
Guys help, share your experience. How to be? Is there a chance to revive? If so, how? Thank you.

I have exactly the same problem with this controller. Please let me know if you managed to solve the problem.
