How to move system to RAID 1 array?

There is a 500 GB hard drive and two mirrored SSDs of 120 GB each.
How to transfer the system from hard to these ssd?
UPD.: when you try to mirror even a 350MB partition on a 120GB ssd, Windows swears that there is not enough space on the latter. What?
