MBR or GPT when installing multiple OS on one hard drive?

It is supposed to install Windows 7, 8.1, 10 + Linux Kubuntu 16.04.1 and CentOS 7 on one hard drive. Is it better to use MBR or GPT?

GPT - and only GPT! Windows, starting with 7, creates one recovery partition and one system partition - that is, two. There are four in total in the MBR. Even if we assume that linux will use /boot and lvm together - anyway, whatever one may say, it will not be enough.
Yes, gdisk normally converts MBR to GPT and vice versa. But at the same time, the loading of Windows flies - and you need to restore it from the Windows boot disk.
