Copyright for news and their analysis. How to determine?

Are there any restrictions or laws in the Russian Federation (and not in the Russian Federation) on actions that consist in analyzing data from the site. For example, news. If I scan, for example, all the news from news sites, catch those of interest and then parse / analyze these texts, etc. And then publish the results to everyone. Would this be considered a violation of copyright or any laws? In fact, I do not copy the text.
If this is not a violation, then when does the violation begin? For example, if I start selling the results of such tests? But such results are the result of my work, and the data are taken from open sources. Tell me who is familiar with this.

Why is there a "US" tag?
If on the very question - publish. In general, at least publish something, but do not forget to indicate the source. If the source is open - everything is legal.
The result of the analysis and processing of open data is already your property. But there is a certain line here, which can be very conditional - if the text (photo, song, etc.) is presented as one's own, but at the same time is too similar to someone else's - there may be a charge of plagiarism.
Interviews can also be published. Did you meet in some material a sidebar with the statement of a "talking head" or an important politician? Almost always, no one asked this person for his opinion on the issue - they simply found a fragment of the interview and the whole thing on the Internet. Said? Yes. It comes to curiosities when, for the sake of fame, some publication or blogger publishes a "type-interview" of some regular star of the next series with the headline "I haven't had it for half a year already." And the full phrase in the source code, for example, "the question of whether or not to give a child a mobile phone has not been worth it for me for six months." And what do you think? Everything is legal.
A bunch of analytical and consulting firms work in the same field - at the request of clients, they make a selection of materials about them or competitors.
