Cool question. Alternative to "IDE" Brackets?

In general, I want to change the code editor. I like him all. But Brackets lags a lot on my laptop, which is unbearable.
I understand that the question is holistic and at first I tried to google it. But I did not find anything suitable and suitable.
Maybe there is a code editor (which does not have all the necessary functions out of the box, but there are addons (Although it would be better if everything was out of the box)) on which you can hang the addons I need and it does not lag?
And my requirements are simple:
The main thing:
- Viewing the project tree and the ability to quickly switch between files.
- Syntax highlighting
- Line numbering.
- When working with CSS, the ability to call the palette for quick color selection
I would like but not necessary:
- Auto-complete HTML tags
- Automatic tabulation of code blocks Characteristics
of PC:
Stump 4 (2.8 GHz). 1 GB of RAM.

Everything that you indicated can be done by almost any text editor, not to mention full-fledged IDEs.
