How to wrap selected text in quotes in PhpStorm?

Many editors or IDEs have the ability to quickly wrap text in quotation marks or apostrophes simply by typing them over the selected text.
I recently started working in PhpStorm - there is no such possibility by default, or it is disabled. Is it possible to turn it on? Very comfortably.

File -> Settings -> Editor -> SmartKeys
Enable Surround selection on typing quote oe brace
