What IDE is better to use for C (C) and C ++ under windows 8.1 64 bit?
Hello.
What IDE is better to use for C (C) and C ++ under windows 8.1 64 bit?
Interested in both offline and online systems.
The only thing that comes to mind so far is to use:
1. Visual Studio 2017 Community Edition as an offline system
2. https://ideone.com/ as an online system
PS I emphasize that I am interested in systems that work with both C and with C++

IMHO there are only 3 adequate ide for the average developer (that is, we do not take into account vim / emacs adherents - this is a separate human subspecies / higher beings)
Visual Studio Community
Qt Creator - https://www.qt.io/qt-features-libraries-apis -tools...
CLion https://www.jetbrains.com/clion/
You can also add plugins to VSCode and it will be more or less convenient, but this is no longer for beginners.
