Where can I get IDLE Python 3 for ROSA linux?

Switched from Kubuntu to Dew. I want to continue learning python in IDLE, but I couldn’t find it in the standard repositories, and I also couldn’t find information on this issue on the python.org website. Can you tell me the sources from where to get everything?
PS I downloaded the python-3.5 itself normally and installed it from the off site.
PSS at the same time tell me, maybe there is a better alternative to this environment?

I can't imagine how you use this IDLE of yours. Once, when meeting a python, he went into it, went out and crossed himself.
For light scripts <100 lines - any built-in editor: gedit, pluma (you can sublime)
For everything else - PyCharm

@angru

in addition to all of the above, which, by the way, have never been REPL, I can advise IPython and Jupyter .
