Convert wmdk from windows server 2008 to VPS?

You need VPS windows hosting with an American ip on which you can deploy a Windows server installed locally on VirtualBox (wmdk disk) with configured software.
Is it really possible to do this at all?

As one of the options -
1. Order the installation of VMWare ESXi 5.0 on a server that meets your needs from OVH.com
2. Convert your VM either this way or this way (depending on your initial conditions)
3. Run your image on this server, which is completely under your control.
