How to make VirtualBox see NTFS drives in Ubuntu?

The crux of the matter is that I want to make a shared folder with Windows XP, which I have in VirtualBox, but when I create a shared folder, there is only the root of the Ubuntu disk, there are no others (How to make VirtualBox "see" these disks? They are left from Windows'a old, hands do not reach formatnut yet.The

1) Mount disks in Ubuntu (you can set up automount in the disk manager)
2) Add shared folders as network drives
3) ...
4) Profit
