How to forward ports for golem from host machine to virtual box?

Hello! Please tell me how to do port forwarding.

The problem started when rkn blocked the golem SP
The scheme of work is now as follows:
There is a host machine with Windows (10), it has VB with ubunu on board.
There is a vpn in azure
In Ubuntu, a network is configured that goes through this vpn in azure
It turns out something like this:

And everything would be fine, but golem needs ports 40102,40103,3282,60102 to work. I opened them on the host machine, added them to azure, opened them on the c vpn server, the firewall is disabled in ubuntu, but it’s useless, the client still writes that I have a problem with ports and actually doesn’t work as it should. It does not have a built-in proxy. How to do port forwarding here?
