Contract with a freelance IT project manager?
I am a project manager in a company and work under an employment contract. There are several programmers in the team. I am both a programmer and an architect at the same time, and I work out business processes for the project, and I distribute tasks to other programmers.
But there are risks, so I want to leave the state, but retain all the powers and resources to complete the project.
That is, as an individual entrepreneur, I want to conclude an agreement with a company and at the same time manage its resources (programmers, servers).
What pitfalls can be? Contract for a fixed period and with a fixed amount. I understand that there should be a clear TOR, but now there is a problem with this (one of the reasons for changing the work scheme).
How to conclude a contract more competently so as not to incur losses. Does anyone have similar experience?

Nothing is clear from your question.
1) An employee in the state is better protected by the Labor Code than an individual entrepreneur on a contract
2) It all depends on the text of the contract between the individual entrepreneur and the company, now it’s even approximately unclear what it will be about
3) “incur losses” - what kind of losses, if you are both in the state and not in the state, you don’t care about the company’s losses, well, you won’t get a bonus. Losses are when you invest your money and they don't come back.
You just have a contract for consulting, in theory, it should work. Moreover, in theory, you fall under 72.20 OKVED and tax holidays.
Regarding security, they correctly say above, an employee in the state is more protected.
