Constantly appearing "Internet Explorer Temporary Files"?

For obvious reasons, I do not use either this shit or Edge. But with daily cleaning by CCleaner, a gig or more of these same temporary files appear. They are located in the Users\...\IECache folder. What the hell, does anyone know?

you're probably old. already and ie and edge is not shit. and the cleaner is not used
