The mouse cursor jumps to the second touch screen monitor. How to disable?

Good afternoon!

I have a second monitor. It has touch input. The problem is that when working through the sensor on the second monitor, the mouse focus and the cursor itself jump to the second monitor. This is terribly annoying, because. after these actions, you have to return the cursor to the main monitor, to its previous position. Also, software that works in full screen mode on the first monitor reacts differently to this. Something pauses, something reacts normally.

There is software that blocks the output of the cursor outside the assigned monitor. But the cursor still jumps to the borders with actions on the touch monitor. This is not a solution.

Is it possible to set it so that the cursor remains in its position without responding to touch input?

This is a feature of the windows multi-monitor configuration (there are solutions on linux).
Tip, place the second monitor, for example, to the top left of the first main one, if they touch the corners , to move the mouse between them you will need to hit the corner exactly, not a solution, but it helps a lot.
The win32 api has methods for creating independent desktops and linking them to a monitor, even the sdk has an example, but it's inconvenient to use it in work.
Of the ready-made software, I only know ibik aster (workspaces are set up there and each keyboard mouse monitor is attached to each), it works conveniently and without problems, but for a small amount of money
