Connection to the ip cloud mikrotik service, does not connect, why?
On Mikrotik there is a checkbox connects through the Mikrotik service (ххххх.sn.mynetname.net) via vpn to it, but when creating a connection it asks for a login and password. After entering the login and password, the following hangs "Connecting to ...." and so it hangs. Although it connects normally to other Mikrotiks. All settings are almost factory. What is the problem is unclear...

IP Cloud is nothing more than an analogue of dyndns. The service only provides a DNS name, which is convenient when the router's IP is dynamic. This has nothing to do with the settings of any of the VPN servers (are they made at all?).
