We have a problem with connections with clients and high ping to the gateway.

As a result, there was a problem with interference in the BC. Where we are located there is something that jams all ranges and because of this Wi-Fi is not stable, unfortunately we could not identify the problem source, we are thinking of switching to more powerful equipment.
There was also a problem with the distribution of channels - I scattered it more competently, it became much better.

Try manually setting the maximum non-overlapping frequencies for each station.
Try lowering the power of the base station transmitters to 17 or 15.
And add the CapsMAN and base station configuration.
