Mikrotik setting up two pptp channels for one provider, how?

We have Mikrotik, two types of users. One ISP, two VPN pptp connections.
One of the connections is slow unlimited internet, for users of group 1.
The second connection is to the same provider, but a fast channel with per-megabyte billing for users of group 2.
None of the connections creates a route automatically, routes are manually registered based on the list of addresses go to different channels.
But at the same time two connections do not work. As soon as the second account is connected, access to the Internet disappears.
I don't understand what the problem is. Thank you.

Are you trying to raise 2 tunnels to the same pptp vpn server or to different ones? It is expected that it does not rise to one.
