How to properly configure local network access on MikroTik'e for VPN clients?

Hello, I encountered the following problem when gaining access from VPN clients that connect to the local network. The essence of the issue is as follows, 2 providers come to Mikrotik, 2 gateways are configured to work on the local network. The first port of the gateway is included in the bridge, the second port of the gateway works separately, both addresses of the gateways are included in the same subnet. Users receive Internet from the first provider of the provider through the first gateway, from the second provider through the routing mark to the second gateway, the VPN connection occurs through the first provider, but when VPN users try to access local resources, unmarked traffic from Mikrotik clients divides according to its algorithm between these two gateways, and if the request from the client came through the second gateway, then he cannot get access, since the second gateway is processed by the second provider,
