Knowledge in electrical engineering is zero, so I ask for help from experts. Is this controller connected to computers so that the information from the connected sensors coming to this controller goes directly to the computer? And vice versa - were the commands from the computer redirected to the sensors?

You can hook it up to almost any decent SCADA

Depending on the controller, an interface converter may be required to connect to a computer. If it has not yet been selected, I recommend taking it with Ethernet, then you can simply connect to the network or to a network card.
