How to duplicate the signal from the roller shutter remote control at 433 mhz?

Hello!
Tell me, is there any device for 433 Mhz radio similar to learning remotes?
In a rented apartment, Simu roller shutters with a simple up and down remote control, I want to control them from a smartphone, set a timer, etc. but such a stray costs 200+ euros (simu livein).
Is it possible to buy a cheap transmitter and duplicate the signal?
Noob in such matters :)
Thanks in advance for any tips where to dig.

@aaland

You take ESP8266 connect with wires with 433Mhz .
You connect ESP to Wi-Fi and communicate with the phone via mqtt.
From the phone you send a signal 1 - open 0 - close, ESP receives the signal and says 433 generate a signal for the gate. gates receive a signal - joy.
EDIT
BUT, in order to know what signals the remote control sends for opening / closing, so that later they can be emitted by a 433 transmitter, see the lesson above, paragraph "Program for the receiver"
EDIT 2
By the way, there are libraries for 433, but for arduino, they are not suitable for ESP, only one is suitable
This is what I found out by experience.
