Connecting optics from the provider?

Good time! You need to connect a backup Internet channel. The provider provides an optical tail. There is no SFP in my mikrotik router, but there is in the switch (managed by dlink) behind the router. How to implement everything correctly or is it easier to buy a media converter?

It's very strange, usually providers put their own media converters, and they give a copper port to the output, especially since different types of converters are needed for different types of fiber. Of course, I understand that now only outright outcasts are pulling multimode, but things can happen. Unless you're renting pure fiber as a liability, well then both ends should have your equipment. Yes, and the media converter costs the provider 50 percent cheaper than the user and pays off right there as part of the fee for its connection.
In the vast majority of cases, when a provider says that there will be a fiber, it also means a media converter on the customer's side.

Not all information is available on the connection yet. I prefer to calculate all possible options in advance, because. everything needs to be done "yesterday").
Interested in another option. There are two Mikrotiks, the first controller (CAPsMan), the second (AP). The second (AP) has SFP. What if you create a bridge on the AP and include sfp + ethernet in it and then in the first one, are you interested in routing?
And which method is more correct of these two (naturally, the converter is a priority), to create a VLan on a switch or a bridge on a router?
