1st start, 3 times in a row the power turned off then turned on.
Then a black screen for 2-3 minutes, then the BIOS boot took a long time. Restarted PC.
Again black screen. Turned it off.
What could be the reason? What are my next steps.

There is one difference in connection with the previous PSU. In the past, the power on the processor was 6 pins, but this time I stuck 6 + 2.

What? On the processor (a separate connector on the motherboard) there are 4pin and 8pin (either together or 4 + 4).
6pin or 8pin (together or 6 + 2) can only be on the video card.
