Congestion avoidance (UDP)?

Good afternoon. Is there any difference regarding congestion avoidance, for example, sending 30 packets / sec of 300 bytes, or 10 packets / sec of 900 bytes, because in both cases the number of units of information sent is the same?

the fewer packets, the faster they will be processed ... especially if it's TCP

Fewer packets will be slightly faster.
And by the way, the total size of the packets in this example is not equal for 30 by 300 and 10 by 900: Each packet has a UDP header, an IP header (and also an Ethernet header if it's Ethernet/WiFi). So in the first case, there will be more traffic.
