I have such a problem that many sites, even this forum, simply do not open on any device for me, but open through VPN, mobile Internet or through the Internet of my friends who have the same provider. The problem arose gradually: at first, several sites stopped loading, but then Epic Games, and this forum, and a lot of other sites.
Can you please tell me how to solve this and what could be the problem?

Interesting, what region are you from? What is the provider? Do friends open?

with the results to the provider.
