Is there software on the Internet for scanning IP addresses on a local network, with a memory function?
A bunch of laptops on different floors, which have changed hands more than once. There is a plan to draw a map of the enterprise, and walking to see the ip of each is suicide. Is there a "softina" for scanning and creating a database of ip addresses?

I use the dude ( tyts ).
A very cool program that has a server part and a client part. With due skill, it can compete with Zabbix. Able to detect devices and services on it, by mask.
arpwatch
By default, it sends out letters, but it can be configured to write to the database, there is also a web server (and more than one).
Someone ate traffic in my local network.
At first I used iftop - the manual in English is very simple and understandable, I immediately threw in a config for it.
Further, I calculated the ip that it was eating, and only nmap could tell me everything about it - it turned out to be a router with a free Wi-Fi for clients in the reception. Other scanners failed to scan the router.
FreeBSD 10.2
