Which WiFi adapter for Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS should I choose?

I am using Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS. There is a need to use a WiFi adapter in order to get rid of the twisted pair cable. It is preferable that the adapter supports 5Hz network. The search made it clear that you can’t set it up without squats. The specs of the device basically talk about supporting win, mac. Which model to choose? What model do you have?
