Computer with multiple independent interfaces?

Good afternoon! I am not well versed in assembling computers, but the following problem arose.

There is a fairly productive Desktop-computer. A person has a desire to make a gaming platform out of it. He wants to connect several monitors, mice, keyboards, headphones to it and plant a separate user for each set.

Attention, the question is whether it is real, what technologies should be used, what pieces of iron may be needed. Maybe some special video card is needed, maybe virtualization tools should be used ... In general, help, who knows.

Computer specifications MB Intel DX795I
CPU Core i7 3960X
RAM 16GB DDR3
Video card GF GTX690
OS Windows 7

The client version of WInXP, Win7, Win8 has one limitation - ONE user or CONSOLE or RDP session at a time. Of course, there are tricky hacks, but after installing them, as usual, no one guarantees anything.
And server operating systems work very strangely with DirectX, 3D, especially over RDP, and with such a perversion as you suggest.
