What can squeak in the computer when moving the mouse?

Greetings.

Situation: I move the mouse, I hear a high-frequency squeak, similar to ... I don’t know what it looks like, listen for yourself: here . Probably a squeak, like dial-up modems, at least very similar. We can say that it squeaks like a transformer, but I can’t exactly characterize it. Since I recorded the sound on the phone, it was barely audible and I made it louder through the mp3louder service by 50 decibels. Having moved my ear next to the glands, I realized that the sound was coming from the area next to the processor.

spoiler
Gigabyte Z490m Gaming X motherboard .
The sound comes from approximately the circled area.

I thought that it was the G400s mouse, I tried the old one, there was no squeak. I bought a new one (ZET GAMING Edge) and, oops, there is a squeak too. The new mouse has a polling frequency switch (125, 500, 1000) and the higher it is, the louder the squeak, at a frequency of 125. This saddened me.

Decided to conduct an experiment.
1. I connected the G400s to another computer and, oops, there is a squeak, but less loud than on the first computer. Maybe a noisier room and a noisy fan had an effect. There is also a squeak with the second mouse.
2. Connected to mac mini, did not hear a squeak. I leaned the case against my ear, moved the mouse - I hear a squeak.
3. I found an ancient mouse, cheap and dilapidated, I don’t even know what’s inside, but I didn’t hear a squeak.
4. I found another old MX518 mouse, and only if I completely get rid of external noise, maybe there is a squeak - I'm not sure for sure.
The result of the experiment: there is a squeak on three computers in a loaded operating system with an old and a new mouse.

I decided to call for the help of a respected person - he does not hear any squeak. Lucky!

I tried it on a computer that beeps louder than the rest: reconnect the RAM, leave one bar, turn off the video card, different OS, change the cable for connecting to the monitor (HDMI, DP, HDMI), turn off the speakers, network. Oh yes, I also connected a wireless mouse and there are no such sounds with it.

Now I don’t even know what to think: on all three computers, on a mouse, sharp hearing, a motherboard or something else. Therefore, if you are in the subject, it will be great to know your opinion on this issue (what is it, what to do, what can happen, etc.)!

Good afternoon!
Immediately to the solution: in the BIOS in "Advanced CPU settings", "State control C-State" select "Forbidden". The default is "Auto".
Maybe the author has already figured out this issue, but anyway I will write how I solved this problem, since it almost drove me crazy. I specifically registered in the hope that it will help someone else.
I have the same motherboard and also the sound from the system unit when I drive the cursor. When I choose a lower frequency (hertz) of the mouse less than 150 - there is no sound, when more - the sound becomes stronger. The same sound when I start a movie and start moving the scroll slider (rewind). The high-frequency sound is similar to the sound when checks are printed in a bank branch, only even more disgusting. When I run stress tests in Aida and the processor is 100 percent loaded, the sound disappears.
For a long time I could not figure out how to solve this trouble, I understood that it was connected with the power supply of the processor, I thought it was a marriage, I wrote in those. I will support Gigabyte (they wrote in response that this is a tip on the yusb line). I stumbled upon this solution by chance on one forum and it helped.
