Computer turns on and off by itself, power button or power supply?
Actually the computer itself turns off and then itself can turn on. The most interesting thing is that it does not turn off immediately to off. And as if called by pressing Shut Down from the start or a button. I.e. for example, you work in some program and a window pops up, "Are you sure you want not to save the project, and exit?" Having managed to press "Cancel", then the computer works further, if the choice is "Yes" or "No", then go down.
Is it a button or is it power? Or something else?
At the moment, there is no access to masters and patches for the computer. How can I disable the push button shutdown of the computer?

Everything can be much simpler - you downloaded some script that causes the PC to turn off, but if you say that it turns itself on, look further.
Other options:
1) Failure in the motherboard, the slots in which the power button and reset button are connected are damaged / inserted something incorrectly.
2) The power button sinks.
According to the idea, bp has nothing to do with it, until the mother starts asking for food, he will not give it himself, he is still a Jew.
The power supply unit would turn off the PC with a shortage of watts abruptly, and he certainly wouldn’t ask anything.
Try to disable the button like this: Control Panel -> Power Options -> Action of the power buttons -> switch the action when you press the power button to "No Action Required", if it still turns off, then the power is to blame
