How to correctly interpret the designations on the pin connector?
Good evening! I bought a Be Quiet cooler to replace it. But the wire is completely black. But there is a marking on Pina itself. + - and speed control. I just can't figure out which is which. the cooler is changed in the PSU. There are two pins. Can you tell me which one should be connected?

Thanks for the answer. Read about the color scheme. All this is understandable. The issue is that it is completely black. All three wires were only markings, the meaning of which I don’t really understand. I already launched the method of scientific poke. So far, everything is working stably and without interruptions.
